- QUANTITY: 200,000 MT Spot into 12 month Contract volume of 200,000 MT per month increasing to 400,000MT over three months period.
- LOADING PORT : Nakhodka.
- PRICE: As per Platts FOB NWE under Code PUAAM00, Plus $80/70 per MT, delivered.
- DELIVERY: Included, CIF, Quindao, China
- INSPECTION: SGS OR SIMILAR ACCREDITED AGENCY ON LOADING
- PAYMENT: Payment FOB at sight on presentation of full set of shipping documents under the DLC.
PROCEDURES: (Please note, this offer is based on a production contract)
- Buyer confirms acceptance of this FCO by issuing a signed ICPO with banking details addressed to the Seller.
- Upon receipt of ICPO and verification of Buyer, the Seller issues Draft Contract open for comment to the Buyer.
- The parties sign the Agreement by Electronically Transmitted with the original copies delivered by DHL and/or FedEx. The electronic signed contract or the original copies will be lodged with the respective banks, upon the bank's requirements.
PAYMENT
- Buyer shall issue payment instrument to Supplier's designated bank account. The payment instrument shall be an Irrevocable, fully-funded Letter of Credit issued by a top bank for the total value of monthly delivery of the product, with the funds available and payable at Supplier's bank.
PAYMENT PROCEDURES:
- The parties sign the Agreement by Electronically Transmitted with the original copies delivered by DHL and/or FedEx. The electronic signed contract or the original copies will be lodged with the respective banks, upon the bank's requirements.
- Within five (5) banking days, Buyer's bank makes SWIFT key exchange with Seller's bank. During that SWIFT key exchange, both banks will confirm to each other their client's ability to complete the transaction, i.e. the Buyer's bank will confirm that the Buyer is ready and able to issue a DLC in relation to the lodged contract and the Seller's bank confirms that the Seller has the product to sell and a Deal Passport has been issued.
- After this, the Buyer's bank issues the operative, fully-funded cash-backed Letter of Credit for total amount of monthly delivery in full accordance to approved verbiage between banks in Seller's bank.
- Seller's bank confirms that the L/C is in place, is in accordance with approved verbiage, and is cash-backed.
- Seller's bank issues the 1,5%% Performance Bond for the Spot and 2% for the contract volumes.
- Seller’s Bank confirms to Seller that the payment guarantee is in place and shipment can be commenced within 14 days. Upon completion of loading, Seller submits shipment documents (Full POP), including SGS, to his nominated bank for payment by the Buyer as per the contract by MT103. Payment will be done at FOB, against original shipping documents, CI, Q&Q and SGS of loaded vessel.
