Origin: Belarus ( http://www.mnpz.by/ and http://www.naftan.by )
Quantity: up to 50 000 MT per month x 12 of each position with possible rolls
and extensions of up to a total of 36 months, having the same terms and
conditions. From the second delivery may increase.
Price: the quotations for the position «Diesel 10ppm» published under the
heading Northwest Europe barges «FOB Rotterdam» (Code AAJUSOO).
The agreed discount will be minus 13USD Gross / 8 USD Net per one MT
Terms of payment: SBLC/BG, Telegraphic transfer MT 103 covering one month
(12th batch) shipment value, for the period of the contract by an
international bank, in format acceptable to the Seller.
Performance Bond: 2%
Cargo survey SGS or SAYBOLT inspections Guarantee for Shipment with SBLC/BG —
Swift MT760
ПРОЦЕДУРА И УСЛОВИЯ ОПЛАТЫ .
PROCEDURE AND TERMS OF PAYMENT.

1. Продавец отправляет Покупателю FCO.
1. Seller sends FCO to the Buyer.

2. Покупатель принимает процедуру и условия оплаты указанные в данном
предложении. Предоставляет ICPO и письмо банка о готовности финансирования
закупки товара на условиях указанных в ICPO
2. Buyer accepts procedure and terms of payment specified in the FCO. Provides
ICPO and Bank Letter of readiness finance the purchase of commodities on the
terms specified in the ICPO.

3. Продавец предоставляет Покупателю для согласования Проект Контракта.
3. Seller provides the Buyer for approval the draft Contract.

4. Продавец и Покупатель подписывают настоящий Контракт в электронном виде,
который является действительным до замены его на оригинал
4.Seller and buyer sign this Contract in electronic form, which is valid until
its replacement for the original.

5. Продавец выставляет частичное доказательство о наличии продукта POP

5.Seller exhibits a partial proof of product availability POP

6. Стороны обмениваются оригиналами подписанных Контрактов и передают их в
свои Банки.
6. The Parties exchange the signed hardcopy
of contract and send to their banks.

7. В течение 2 (Двух) банковских дней после подписания настоящего контракта
Банк Покупателя выставляет посредством СВИФТ МТ 799 пре-эдвайс SBLC / BG на
одномесячный объем поставляемого товара на сумму 000 000 000 долларов США за
12-й месяц поставки.
7. Within two (2) Banking days after the signing of this contract, Buyer’s
Bank exposes Pre-Advice via SWIFT MT 799 SBLC/BG for one month volume of
delivered commodities to the amount of 000 000 000 U.S. dollars, for 12th
month of shipping goods.

8. В течение 2 (Двух) банковских дней со дня получения пре-эдвайса SBLC / BG
: Банк Продавца посредством СВИФТ МТ799 или МТ999 направляет в адрес Банка
Покупателя доказательство поставки товара.
8. Within two (2) Banking days of receipt of the Pre- Advice SBLC/BG :
Seller’s Bank via SWIFT MT799 or MT999 sends to the Buyer’s Bank proof of
product.

9. В течение 3 (трех) банковских дней после получения доказательства поставки
товара Банк Покупателя выставляет в Банк Продавца SBLC / BG посредством СВИФТ
MT 760 за последний месяц партии товара покрывающую 50 000 МТ, а именно: на
сумму 00 000 000 долларов США, сроком действия 365 + 30 (Триста шестьдесят
пять плюс тридцать) календарных дней, в качестве гарантии оплаты поставляемого
Товара. После Продавец выставляет Перформанс Бонд 2%.
9. Within 3(three) Banking days after receipt of proof of product Buyer’s Bank
exposes the Seller’s Bank SBLC/BG via SWIFT MT760 for 12th month shipping
batch covering 50,000 MT, namely the amount of 00 000 000 U.S. dollars, valid
for 365 + 30 (three hundred and sixty five plus thirty) calendar days, as a
guarantee of payment for delivered goods. After Seller puts Performance Bond
2%.
