We, KEYSTONE SHIPPING OÜ, as seller, with full corporate responsibility under penalty of confirm that we ready, willing and sell product in the following terms and condition:

Commodity: Gas technical granulated sulfur (ANNEX 1)
Packaging: In 1000 kg — 500 kg Big-Bags (+/- 5%)
Origin: Russia
Quantity: 3 722 mt spot (+/- 5%)
Contract length: Once
Delivery lot: minimum about 500 mt/shipment (about 18X40’DC/shipment)
Term of sale: CFR Free out port Hamburg, Germany for 40’ DC
Demurrage detention: 10 days are free of charge for DC.
Price: $245 USD per MT
Delivery terms: 20 September – 20 October all 3 500 mt spot in port Hamburg
Payment: Irrevocable Divisible Confirmed L/C for a period of 60 days
Terms of payment: Disclosure of the L/C is the Bank of the seller to provide the originals of the following documents:
a) Bill of Lading
b) SGS or Inspectorate certificate of Quality and Quantity
c) Invoice
Inspection: Quality, Quantity by SGS or Inspectorate certified agencies at seller’s cost at loading port
