• Quantity: 200,000mt monthly for twelve months
• Price: $350/mt net if paid by SBLC
• Delivery: CIF Qingdao or Tianjin port, PRC.
• Payment: Unconditional Stand-by Letter of Credit (specimen attached).
• Loading Port: Vladivostok or Nachodka
PROCEDURE:
A). Seller and Buyer sign the Sales and Purchase Agreement (digital signatures are considered acceptable and enforceable). Buyer shall concurrently submit a confirmation letter from Buyer’s bank confirming the availability of funds for such transaction and acceptance of the SBLC text provided and confirmation of readiness to issue said SBLC to the seller’s finance company.
B). Seller shall provide the following documentation within one (1) business day from receipt of bank confirmation letter (as in
(A) above):
confirmation by refinery or its trade arm regarding the availability of the product
C). Within two (2) business days of receipt of said documents. Buyer shall have SBLC issued by his bank valued at one month’s shipment, valid for one year, for the benefit of Seller’s finance company.
D). First shipment shall be loaded onto vessel chartered by seller within 20-25 days from receipt of SBLC. The Seller shall submit a full set of shipping documents for each shipload, to be dispatched within one business day from completion of loading. Payment must be made within 24 hours from receipt of shipping documents.
E). This payment procedure shall be repeated for every month.
