PROCEDURES:
1. Title holder sends SCO
2. Buyer sends ICPO with Company Profile
3. Seller sends – CI with ATB and DTA
4. Buyer tests – pays for the fuel by MT103
5. Ownership & title is transferred to the buyer
6. Buyer takes over the Charter Party Agreement or brings new ship to transfer the fuel
