Spot Quantity: 100,000.00 MT
Spot Price: USD minus 15 Gross NWE Platts Per МТ / USD minus 10 Net NWE Platts
Destination: FOB Rotterdam
Seller pay commission (/МТ — SPLIT 50/50) ;
Seller side is closed ( ,50/МТ );
Buyer side is open( ,50/МТ ) for Buyer mandate and intermediaries from Buyer side.

Transaction Procedure:

1. Buyer confirms the offer and sends Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) with full banking information and a copy of their Tank Storage Agreement (TSA) or CPA for Rotterdam.

2. The Seller will issue the Commercial Invoice (CI) to a Buyer to sign, stamp & seal.
3. Seller issues full Proof of Product (POP), including:

a. Proof of Ownership

b. Dip Test Authorisation (DTA)

c. Tank Storage Receipt (TSR)

d. SGS Quality Report

4) The Buyer performs their Dip Test and confirms Q&Q. Upon confirmation the Buyer pays for the product by MT103.
