We, Satoil Limited with full corporate legal responsibility, confirm that
we are ready, willing and able to sell the commodity referenced hereunder, on the
terms and conditions set forth below:

PROCEDURE
1. Buyer issue ICPO
2. Seller issue FCO
3. If Buyer accept Seller’s FCO Seller issue contact and send to Buyer open for
amendment.
4. Buyer and Seller sign and seal the contact and agree for TTM.
5. Buyer provide availability of fund or confirms previous experience to deal with
any Russian major oil & gas corporation and Seller provide POP.
6. Buyer will issue pre-advise of financial instrument and Seller will confirm PB
7. Loading started based on revolving schedule of the contract.
